At the heart of our business is our people. We’re proud to have a loyal team of more than 20 directly employed staff, made up of people from different cultures, backgrounds and walks of life. Many of our team have been with us for years, and that loyalty and familiarity is something we value highly.

We believe having our own people on the ground makes a real difference. Rather than relying heavily on subcontractors, we keep our core skills and capabilities in-house, allowing us to work together as one team and maintain a high level of care and consistency throughout each project.
